Hello, I'm Charlene. I'm an experienced and accredited counsellor and therapist offering in-person, online and telephone therapy based in Hackney, East London.
I work with people wanting to face themselves and where they've landed in life.
Life can take us down some difficult roads and we can start to wonder 'how did I get here?' We can end up feeling lost, deflated, pressurised or overwhelmed, and for many of us, these are painful feelings to acknowledge and be with. It's possible that you've had a nagging feeling about something for a while and hoped that it would pass. You might be starting to admit to yourself that whatever's bothering you is not going away. If you're usual coping strategies aren't cutting it anymore, and you're feeling that you're losing touch with 'you', I can help.
I can offer you a warm, respectful and accepting space to talk and work through the challenges that you're facing.
